0.1 Hz is a "cardiac coherence" device that generate 6 cycles by minute. To relax, help to focus, and reboot my mind at various moments of the day, I use it to do this minimal and simple breathing exercise : inhaling on 5 seconds, exhaling on 5 seconds. This represent a cycle of 10 seconds, or 6 cycles by minute. This frequency seems to be important for many important organs. Ask internet for more. As doing is what matters, I do that during 5 minutes (= 6 x 5' = 30 cycles), from 1 to 4 times a day : waking up, in front of the computer, before coffee break, trapped at a boring meeting, in public transport, etc...
